UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT JUDGE, SHERI POLSTER CHAPPELL, MAGISTRATE, MAC R. MCCOY, AND FORMER WALMART CEO, DOUG MCMILLON, AND SHERIFF, BILL PRUMMELL, TRIED TO KILL, DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN, BILLY KIDWELL
To Fix a Lawsuit for Walmart, and the Charlotte County Sheriff
Vietnam Veteran, Billy Kidwell, is dying, because of Fort Myers U.S. District Court Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, her former Magistrate, Mac R. McCoy, Walmart CEO, Doug McMillon, and Florida Sheriff, Bill Prummell OBSTRUCTING Kidwell from obtaining Needed, Emergency Medical Care, during a Heart Attack, and Aortic Aneurysm Rupture.
Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, Magistrate, Mac R. McCoy, Walmart CEO, Doug McMillon, and Sheriff, Bill Prummel, wanted Billy Kidwell dead so they could dismiss his lawsuit against Walmart, and the Charlotte County Sheriff.
The OBSTRUCTION of Needed Emergency Medical Care resulted in Billy Kidwell being rushed to the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Emergency Room, dying, and needing Emergency Surgery, to try to save his life.
Emergency Room Doctors informed Kidwell that his condition was so dire, that if he didn't immediately receive an operation on his Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm, that he would be placed in Hospice to die.
While preparing for the Emergency Surgery the doctors asked Kidwell how his Heart, and Aneurysm got so bad, and why he didn't seek Emergency Life-Saving Medical Care a lot sooner.
Billy Kidwell explained how Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, Magistrate, Mac R. McCoy, Walmart CEO, Doug McMillon, and Florida Sheriff, Bill Prummell, had tortured him for months, intentionally aggravating his Stress, Heart, and Aortic Aneurysm Disabilities, trying cause his death, and force him to drop his lawsuit against Walmart.
Kidwell's Walmart Lawsuit was impossible to lose, in an honest Court, because there was video of Walmart violating the Americans with Disabilities Act, assaulting Kidwell for using VA Prescribed Service Dogs, and video of Walmart Management conspiring with Charlotte County Sheriff's Officials to falsity a Sheriff's Report, and illegally trespass Kidwell, for using P.T.S.D. Service Dogs.

So, Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, and her Magistrate, Mac R. McCoy, knowing Billy Kidwell is an Elderly, Severely Disabled Veteran, with a well-documented history of Life-Threatening, Stress-Caused Heart Attacks, conspired together to aggravate his disabilities, causing a Heart Attack, and his death.
And when Kidwell didn't die from the heart attack they caused, Judge Chappell, and Magistrate McCoy, OBSTRUCTED Billy Kidwell from getting Life-Saving Emergency Medical Care to make sure Kidwell died, while the defendants in the lawsuit, Walmart CEO, Doug McMillon, and Florida Sheriff, Bill Prummell, eagerly joined the scheme to Murder Kidwell, to get the lawsuit against them dismissed.

These extremely serious allegations are indisputably proven by the Record of Case 2:21-CV-517-SPC-MRM in the Fort Myers, Florida United States District Court, and dozens of eyewitnesses.

DISABLED VIETNAM VETERANS MUST BE BLACK, OR A MEMBER OF THE DEI COMMUNITY, TO HAVE RIGHTS
Billy Kidwell, an elderly,100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Veteran, was assaulted by Walmart Management, at the Port Charlotte Florida, Kings Highway Walmart for using Needed, P.T.S.D. Service Dogs.
Kidwell complained to Walmart CEO Doug McMillon, who approved of the Illegal assault of Disabled Veterans, using Service Dogs, in Florida Walmart Stores.
The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is required to enforce violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), required to assist Veterans pursuant to the Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative Act, and was required by the Attorney General to aggressively protect Veteran's Rights, so Billy Kidwell contacted the DOJ.
Kidwell explained that he has Stress-Caused Heart Attacks, and his VA Doctors said the stress of attempting to protect his rights on his own would cause him to suffer another Stress-Caused Heart Attack, and likely die, so Kidwell asked the DOJ, to protect his ADA right to use a VA Doctor Prescribed Service Dog, to calm him during P.T.S.D. Anxiety Attacks when he shops in Florida.
The Justice Department refused, stating that they didn't have a penny to protect Disabled Veterans Rights, especially if the Veteran is white, and not gay, that the DOJ gives priority to protecting DEI Victims, and doesn't have one penny to protect White Disabled Veterans Rights.

The Justice Department has Unlimited Funds to protect DEI Victims, to engage in politics, and Racism, and Unlimited Funds for families of the News Media, the Rich, and Famous, but not one penny for those that suffer every day because of their Combat Service for this Country.
The Justice Department gave Jack Smith OVER Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000) to try to rig the election against Trump, the Justice Department spent Millions of Dollars protecting George Floyd, a Black Felon, and Dope Dealer, the DOJ sent so many investigators to protect the rights of Nancy Guthrie, the rich, millionaire, mother of an NBC News Journalist, and Today Co-Anchor, that they were stumbling over each other, and couldn't find rooms to rent, yet in the past fifty (50) years the DOJ brags that it has not protected the rights of a single White Disabled Vietnam Veteran!
The DOJ said "they didn't care", that the DOJ "had never protected the rights of a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, and never would" even if Kidwell is Medically Unable to protect his Own Rights, and even if the DOJ's Refusal, caused Billy Kidwell's Death.

The "Americans with Disabilities Act", the "Service Members, and Veterans Initiative Act", and an ORDER from "the United States Attorney General" required the Justice Department to protect Billy Kidwell Rights, and the Justice Department would have done so, if Billy Kidwell was BLACK, or GAY!
